ALOERECOVER™ – A GREEN AND ECO FRIENDLY ALOE BASED PRODUCT FOR USE IN ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY (EOR) METHODS USING ASP PROCEDURES IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY. A NATURAL POLYMER DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THE CHEMICAL INJECTION IN THE EOR OPERATIONS.
ALOERECOVER™ is a novel green product for use as natural polymer in the ASP (alkali, surfactant and polymer) method of Enhanced Oil Recovery in the oil and gas industry.
It was developed to offer an environmentally friendly product and a new “green” option to improve the chemical injection method in EOR.
ALOERECOVER™ is a new green polymer that offers the viscoelastic properties required by the process, while offering a solution to the scale formation issue, since our formulation inhibits scale formation and also inhibits corrosion.
Also, ALOERECOVER™ is not susceptible of bacterial degradation as xantam gum, since aloe has many antibacterial and antifungal properties.
It is accepted that viscoelasticity of polymer solution flow is the main cause of the increase in oil displacement efficiency.
Therefore, ALOERECOVER™ is a perfect solution to increase viscoelasticity, providing antibacterial action and inhibiting scale formation, thus achieving excellent results in the EOR process using the ASP procedure.
The injection of ALOERECOVER™ as a polymer solution increases the viscosity of displacing fluid and reduces the effective permeability to water.
Microscopic displacement efficiency can be improved by injection of alkali and surfactant by several mechanism viz., reduction of the IFT, emulsification of oil and water, solubilization of interfacial films, wettability reversal, etc.
ALOERECOVER™ is a plant-based extract, is biodegradable, has no chemicals, toxic components or heavy metals, and comes from a plant that is a renewable material.
ALOERECOVER™ is a proprietary formulation, a natural product based on a blend of polysaccharides, enzymes, amino acids and anthraquinones obtained from aloe, with added preservatives.

ALOERECOVER™ is a product developed for use as natural polymer in the ASP (alkali, surfactant and polymer) method of Enhanced Oil Recovery in the oil and gas industry and should be used as an environmentally friendly solution.
ALOERECOVER™ can be used in conjunction with other environmentally friendly aloe based products, such as ALOEGE™ such as NOCORGREEN™, STOPSCALE™, ALOEFLOW™, COAGREEN™, FLOCGREEN™, ALOECIDE™ and ALOEFRICRED™, among others.

Dosage
ALOERECOVER™ is a product to be mixed with alkali and surfactant in the ASP method of Enhanced Oil Recovery.
Depending on the formation, dosage may go from 2000 to 4500 PPM.
If ALOERECOVER™ is used without other polymer, we recommend 3500 to 4500 PPM dosage.
If ALOERECOVER™ is used with other polymer -xantham gum, we recommend 1500 to 2000 PPM dosage.
Ideal dosage for the ASP formulation is to mix If ALOERECOVER™ as natural polymer, sodium carbonate (0.7% wt/wt) and any surfactant (2% wt/wt).
