ALOETITAN HYDRO™ is a formulation that combines corrosion inhibitor + scale inhibitor. The product is designed for use in hydrostatic testing of the oil and gas industry, made from aloe and other plant extracts. ALOETITAN HYDRO™ is specially formulated to prevent corrosion and fouling during hydrostatic testing of specific tanks, pipes and ducts for storage or transportation of oil and gas oils. It was developed to offer an environmentally friendly product and a new “green” option for the corrosion and scale problem in these industries..
ALOETITAN HYDRO™ corrosion and scale inhibitor is a new all-natural, sustainable and biodegradable product formulated based on polysaccharides, enzymes, amino acids and anthraquinones obtained from natural polymers.
ALOETITAN HYDRO™ is a natural product made from natural chitosan, cactus mucilage, aloe barbadensis miller glicosides and aloe chinensis polysaccharides and other compounds. The formulation may be adapted depending on the water used for the hydrostatic testings.
The aloe glycosides and chitosan, nopal cactus and aloe polysaccharides create a protective film against corrosion and carbonate scale or sulfate, usually as a consequence of hydrostatic testing in tanks, pipes and ducts used in oil and gas industry. It is thermally stable up to more than 150 C. It can be used not only at high temperatures but also with hard waters.
ALOETITAN HYDRO™ corrosion and scale inhibitor is a simple solution to reduce corrosion and scale in oil and gas industries in a totally natural and sustainable manner.

Application
ALOETITAN HYDRO™ inhibits both corrosion and scale and should be used as an environmentally friendly product.
In those industries, ALOETITAN HYDRO™ corrosion and scale inhibitor can be used in conjunction with other environmentally friendly aloe based products, such as NOCORGREEN™, ALOECIDE™, ALOEFLOW™, ALOEGEL™, DRAGALOE™ and ALOEFRICRED™, among others.

Dosage
ALOETITAN HYDRO™ corrosion and scale inhibitor should be added to the process, replacing the usual dosage of actual corrosion and scale inhibitor.
ALOETITAN HYDRO™ corrosion and scale inhibitor performance is about 50% more efficient when compared to other commercial corrosion and scale inhibitors.
