Aloe gel spray dried powder is an aloe powder obtained from an aloe concentrate through a spray drying process, at certain high temperatures. In some cases, and depending on the temperature and drying conditions, some aloe properties may be lost. There are variations on this product depending the technology used into the processing.

The most common presentation for this product are the 200X and the 100X powder. The final product may be a powder from whole leaf aloe gel or from inner fillete aloe vera gel (also named as aloe pulp). Some products are also decolorized.

The product then is reconstitued to the original form and is mostly used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industry.
